The project’s aim is to pass over to young people who are in disadvantageous situation from the point of view of the labour
market such knowledge that can help them prosper in life, produce the income needed to their living. Today’s economic and
social situation both at national and European level makes it necessary to have such knowledge that is foward-looking for both
the person and the community, society. Having entrepreneurial skills is quite essential and is an aim to be supported both at
national and European Union level. Also researches prove that return of investment put into education to entrepreneurial skills
is one of the fastest. It has quite a positive effect on the development of the dynamism of the economies. And beside this,
young people having the right entrepreneurial skills are more proactive both at community and social level, are more creative,
also their adaptability is more developed, thereby they are more open, their problem solving ability is more developed. Young
people having more developed entrepreneurial skills can find a job much easier and also stand their ground as employees
better. And they start and enterprise earlier too. But young people don’t learn these skills at school.
That’s why we stand for implementing the design of such a project that develops the young people in complex way, helps their
self-advocacy ability, their start on the way of their prosperity that can be either an own eterprise or being an employee too. We
want to help them realize their dreams, desires. And the should do all this by having positive effect onto their environment too.
In favour of this we want to organize a double yout exchange with the participation of 4 countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania). The first exchange will be implemented in Sturov the second one in Cristuru-Secuiesc, Romania. 5+1diasdvantaged young people from each implementing country will participate, altogether 24. We plan both exchanges for 10days and our aim is the development of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial skills in favour of handling the youthunemployment. By the methods we bring to the fore the non-formal pedagogical education: workshops, debates, situation games, field trips, outdoor games, world cafe, open space.
