Positive things of “Stronger Whit Together

The project “Stronger Whit Together” was implemented by four NGO’s who had an aim to prepare an exchange of 4 countries. The project was funded and fully covered by European Commision and Erasmus Plus programme.

As the topic is called by itself, we as participants from Romania, North Macedonia, Hungary and Poland had a chance to learn more about the solidarity, the respect of human dignity, awareness of human rights, participation in society and social responsibility. The project took a place in Nyíregyháza – Hungary between 15.07.2019 – 23.07.2019

As youngsters and disadvantaged people, we fight everyday with different problems in our society. With the help of this project we learnt new things, new ideas and became new persons. The following positive things made the participants new:

  • We gained knowledge about the human rights, democratic participation, active citizens, solidarity and the respect of human dignity.
  • We improved our language skills, learning new words of different countries and also improving our English communication
  • We built a connection between the countries and met new friendship between us.
  • We learnt about new cultures, traditions and dances by watching videos, tasting different food and learning the dances.
  • The participants who were before on different Erasmus projects helped the new ones to understand the methods of learning and helped the fascilitatiors to make the project fully done and better
  • We had some great role plays so we could act the reality in one activity
  • We had great time in the city by seeing new buildings, tasting national snacks and dancing with the local community.
  • The flashmob helped us and the community to increase the awareness of the solidarity and democracy.
  • The non-formal education helped us to escape from the reality and the daily formal activities in our country and enjoying the moments in new places.

These positive things could not be possible if the project wasn’t funded by the European Union. These kind of projects help the youth to join in different non formal activities and meet new friends. Thanks to the implementing organisation and the partners, the participants are giving these comments and are looking for new, fresh Erasmus plus project so they can increase the knowledge and meet new countries!
